G3point0 CONSULTING was founded by Guillaume Hervé with the goal of helping business leaders successfully turn their business vision into reality by combining highly effective best practices with proven leadership and management methods - tested and honed in the real-world.  

 

As a successful business executive and serial intrapreneur (corporate entrepreneur), Guillaume has dealt with the challenges of setting new strategic directions focused on growth or renewal, leading innovation activities, and of launching and growing many new business initiatives within corporations.

 

As the Chairman of the Board of a medical technologies accelerator and an executive coach to entrepreneurs in the high tech sector, Guillaume has worked with many entrepreneurs to help them refine, modify, or pivot their business strategy.  He has also led many acquistions and understands how to position startups to get the maximum interest of larger companies and investors. 

 

Over a leadership and management career that spans 25 years, which had him manage complex global operations and conduct business in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, China, and South East Asia, Guillaume developed and perfected tools and methodologies that would make him successful at defining new strategies and designing highly impactful action plans to ensure these strategies led to the desired business outcomes. When he transitioned into the role of launching new businesses within the corporate environment, he soon realized that his leadership and management techniques had to be adapted, and some reinvented, to be effective in the world of corporate start-ups - something he did effectively, and with good success.
